Considering the regulation contained in article 125 of the DL RILANCIO (RELAUNCH LEGISLATIVE DECREE)(paragraph 2 letter e) – that acknowledges as tax credit “the expenses sustained for the purchase of devices that guarantee the interpersonal safety distance, such as barriers and protective panels, including any installation costs…” – it is possible to request the “sanitisation” Tax Credit for the purchasing of plants to be used as barriers to guarantee the interpersonal safety distance between the customers to comply with the anti Covid-19 protocols.
