Azienda Agricola Giorgio Tesi Vivai S.S. has set up an internal reporting channel that meets the requirements of Leg. Decree 24/2023 implementing EU Directive 2019/1937 concerning "the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of people who report breaches of national regulatory provisions”.
Whistleblower reports shall be handled in compliance with the procedure adopted by the Company and the following attached documents, available for consultation:

IT channel
Whistleblower reports can be submitted using the dedicated platform, which can be reached by typing the following URL: https://whistleblowersoftware.com/secure/giorgiotesigroup
In order to keep the whistleblower’s identity confidential, it is advisable to submit reports via a device that is in no way traceable to the company and to avoid using the internet connection (via cable or Wi-Fi) provided by the Company. Furthermore, for greater privacy protection, we recommend using browsers with adequate security features.
Oral channel
The whistleblower can also make an oral report by requesting a direct meeting with the Whistleblowing Manager, to be scheduled within 7 working days. The request can be made through the channel provided for in the previous point.
